Our 2025 - 2026 Men of Character Banquet
The event was presented as our 4th Annual "Man of Character" Banquet at Airport Hilton West Palm Beach. Team Sports Ministries honored eight outstanding football student-athlete nominees. This year's theme represented sports being more than a game, but instead, a life of character. Academically, each nominee exemplified some of the highest academic Grade Point Averages an Student-Athlete could earn, ranging from a 3.6 to 5.0 (weighted). We congratulated each nominee for serving as a leader on and off of the football field, while exemplifying the pillars of character we taught throughout the academic school year. Congratulations to this year's nominees:
Cayden Alula (Jupiter Christian School) - Overall Man of Character Trophy winner and nominee, Omari Higgins (Gardens High School), Luke Dillon (Cardinal Newman High School), Israel Morgan (Jupiter High School), Nathan Duranza (The Benjamin School), Dominic Luchina (Garcia High School), and David Santiago (Boca High School).
At the banquet, we had the privilege of having Gerald Hearns, serving as our event MC. We recognized and honored one senior from each school we serve and presented a Team Sports Ministries Scholarship. Our fellow guest speakers, delivered speeches on key principles that our team has mentored throughout the year. Our speakers included Cayden Alula, Justin Kasper (Kasper Electric - CEO), Steven Cavanaugh, and Israel Morgan. Naji Tobias, Sports Analyst and High School Football Media Broadcaster, of Palm Beach Prep, conducted one-on-one media interviews with each nominee, captured inspiring moments of our event, and recapped our event with Scott Arnold and Gerald Hearns. We extend our gratitude to all our sponsors, donors, coaches, families, Airport Hilton - West Palm Beach, volunteers, staff, players, and everyone involved in making this event a success. Your support is vital to our vision and mission.
