Team Sports Ministries Raffle Rules You must be 18 years or older to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Donations for the 2010 Team Sports Ministries Car Raffle are: 1 Ticket for $300 Donations are not tax-deductible contributions. Online payment is accepted through Google Checkout only. Mailed-in donations may be in the form of checks or money orders and should be made payable to Team Sports Ministries and sent to: Team Sports Ministries 5143 Elpine Way Palm Beach Gardens FL 33418 561-317-4151 Ticket will be mailed within 10 working days. If an entrant's check or credit card through Google Checkout is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment plus bank service charges are received by Team Sports Ministries prior to December 18th, 2010 . All Tickets MUST be purchased prior to December 18th, 2010 to be eligible for the drawing. WINNER DOES NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT. Prize's are as follows: Grand Prize: The winner will receive either a completely renewed 1971 SS454 LS7 Chevelle or $50,000 . Winner's choice. Second Prize: $30,000 Third Prize: $20,000 The winner will be posted on the website at www.TeamSportsMinistries.org and www.ss454chevelle.com The winner will be determined via a random drawing on December 18th, 2010 The winner will be notified by phone on December 18th, 2010 and a certified letter will be sent to winner on the next available business day, December 20th, 2010, Prize Money or Car will be available for pickup on or after this date. The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, title, license plate, shipping and all other fees, and local, state and federal taxes, including without limitation and all applicable sales, use, luxury, income and special taxes. This renewed motor vehicle is raffled without any warranty and is won as is. Vehicle will not be modified by Team Sports Ministries to meet specific local, state or county requirements. In the event the 1971 SS454 LS7 Chevelle is damaged or stolen, Team Sports Ministries will return the purchase price of the ticket to all purchasers. The 1971 SS454 LS7 Chevelle will be insured throughout the duration of the raffle. All proceeds, less prizes and expenses benefit Team Sports Ministries. Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their names on each raffle ticket. If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the entrant. Team Sports Ministries has no obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant. Be sure to retain your raffle ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub. In the event that all 1100 tickets are not sold prior to December 18th, 2010, the raffle drawing will turn into a 50/50 drawing, which means 50% of the proceeds to the ministry and 50% to one winner as a cash prize and the 1971 SS454 LS7 Chevelle and 2nd and 3rd prizes will no longer be part of the raffle. winner will still be posted at www.TeamSportsMinistries.org and www.ss454chevelle.com |
